Spam Reporting
We take a very strong stand against Spam here at DNS Park. Please report any Spam you receive from a domain that we may be hosting so we can take the proper actions.
If you are a current DNS Park customer and you receive Spam while using our any of our mail services we do not make any claims to stop all Spam, nor does anyone have the technology to do so. We provide a best effort in this area but can only block a certain amount before we accidentally block legitimate mail you might be expecting.
Do not send complaints for domains that we have no relation to. Such issues will be discarded.
All complaints should be emailed directly to the DNS Park Abuse Department. The email message must contain the complete offending email including full mail headers for us to properly assess the problem and find a resolution. Incomplete information will cause the message to be discarded.
