Priority Support Option
Priority Support requests are designed for customers that require a more timely response to questions than is guaranteed by our standard support processes. Priority Support entitles our customers to have access to our priority support phone service and speak directly with an engineer when necessary. If an engineer is unavailable immediately, a call back for each request will be handled within one (1) hour.
Priority Support services can be purchased individually or in various quantities depending on anticipated need. There are two ways to receive priority support:
- Sign up for our annual Priority Support Agreement and receive increased priority on all normal tickets, and receive 2 priority support requests per year as part of the package.
- Buy Priority Support on an as-needed basis for emergencies.
The individual support requests are good as long as you maintain an active Priority Support agreement or for one year from initial purchase if no Support agreement is in place.
